Robyn Stern

Robyn Stern is a licensed clinical social worker (LCSW) and therapist in Florida, New York and California, who has been practicing since 2012.  I received my Masters in Social Work from California State University, Northridge and a Masters in Counseling Education from Hunter College. I provide therapy in FL, NY and CA. I also offer coaching services remotely via phone or Skype, utilizing the same treatment modalities that I do in my individual therapy sessions. As someone who had been affected by BDD and anxiety, I have a unique perspective and approach. I combine research-based treatment and my own successful treatment strategies and tailor them to each individual client. BDD, OCD, BFRBs and Anxiety Disorders can be life-changing and painful. However, with the right modality, including cognitive behavioral therapy, exposure response prevention, acceptance commitment therapy, habit reversal training and mindfulness, you can learn to not engage in compulsions, challenge the way you think and feel.
